Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction with our service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within **14 days** of your original purchase date. Refunds are only available for your first subscription purchase and do not apply to recurring subscription renewals.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team directly via email. You do not need to provide a reason for your request, but we welcome feedback so we can improve our service.

In your email, please include the email address you used to sign up for your account so we can locate your purchase.

3. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Upon processing the refund, your subscription will be canceled, and you will no longer have access to the premium features of The Balanced Bowl.
